Millie Black

Millie Black is a landscape and textile artist working on Ngunnawal and Ngambri Country.
Her current practice explores our connection to nature through the atmosphere and the
ground. Working predominantly in oils and earth pigments, Millie brings to light landscapes both near and far as places to protect, care for and be part of. In exploring the sublimity of these places, her paintings reflect on our place within wilderness.
