Susan Schmidt

Susan Schmidt's works are an exploration of Contemporary Realism and reflects her concern for the environment, sustainable living and the desire for a simpler way of life. A fine arts painter and graphic designer, making the transition from 13 years practice as an award-winning illustrator to fine artist painting at an easel while raising a young family. Since 1998 Schmidt has successfully exhibited her works nationally and internationally in solo and selected exhibitions, including the ‘Chelsea International Fine Art Collective’ 2012 in New York and Contemporary Istanbul 2014. Schmidt lives and works in Noosa Heads, Australia. Her works are represented in public and private collections worldwide.
