Studio Gallery shipping & delivery basics
All Artworks will have a delivery cost according to location, size and weight of your art piece.
SGM works with a number of specialist art courier services, once you have chosen and secured your artwork SGM requires a delivery address from you via email to kick start our delivery process.
Once received we will work on getting you the most cost effective delivery price and will notify you of this within 72 hours.
When the delivery quote is accepted and paid by you, we will move to the next step and organise timely dispatch of your purchase.
How long until I receive my Artwork?
SGM understands you would like your artwork as soon as possible! It usually takes around 3 weeks from purchase to delivery to your home. We will keep you updated on this regularly.
If you have a specific requirement regarding the final date of delivery, be sure to let us know and we will work as hard as possible to achieve this for you!
Does SGM deliver to International destinations?
Yes! We regularly send artworks overseas, the same steps above apply.
Returns & Damage
SGM believes that art must be absolutely loved and not just tolerated!
Every piece must be opened within 24 hours of receipt. In the case that there is any damage to the piece upon receiving it, SGM must be notified within that 24 hour period by email and pictures of the damage must be attached. SGM cannot take responsibility for damage noted after this period.
We do offer customers a full refund if they are in any way unhappy with the piece within 3 days of receiving it.
The customer simply pays for the delivery and the return of the piece to our studio in Melbourne with our approved courier.
Once the piece arrives back in the studio in the condition in was sold, we will process the refund that day.
* The Studio Gallery Melbourne returns policy does not apply to any Dina Broadhurst works. These pieces are non-refundable.
